How is the bed of the hmc machining designed?
1. The column reciprocates on the bed to complete the longitudinal (Z-axis) feed movement, and the slide reciprocates on the bed to complete the lateral (X-axis) feed movement.
2. The X and Z axes adopt Taiwan roller guide rails, which have strong rigidity and good dynamic performance.
3. The X, Z axis coordinate movement is transmitted by the AC servo motor to the roller screw through the coupling joint, and the moving parts are driven to obtain the feed movement and rapid movement.
How is the column part of the cnc hmc machine?
1. The headstock reciprocates on the column to complete the vertical (Y-direction) feed movement.
2. The column is a frame-shaped overall structure, with high strength and good stability.

How is the headstock part of the CNC horizontal machining center designed?
1. The main shaft adopts BT40 taper hole, and the main shaft motor and each feed shaft are equipped with the original configuration of the system, with stable driving performance and high precision.
2. Main movement: The spindle motor is an AC servo motor, which enables the spindle to obtain a speed of 50-8000r/min.
3. The spindle bearing adopts high-speed, high-precision special spindle bearing, which is lubricated with grease. The main shaft is supported in groups by front and rear bearings, so that the main shaft has the characteristics of high precision, high speed, high load and low temperature rise, and can withstand high power and high torque cutting, and at the same time has high spindle accuracy and long service life.
