GZ4230X Automatic Miter Band Saw Machine is more than a standard automatic band saw with angle adjustment. It is designed for automated production of repetitive straight and miter cuts. 
1.GZ4235X supports 0–45° miter cutting, allowing operators to produce angled ends without repeatedly repositioning the workpiece. This is particularly useful for components prepared for welding, frame assembly, structural fabrication and angled joints.
2.For repetitive production, the main labor burden is often measuring, positioning and feeding rather than the sawing action itself. The GZ-X automatic angle series integrates automatic measurement, feeding, sawing and standby into one production cycle.
3.The double-column structure guides the saw frame through two guide columns, providing a stable cutting structure for repetitive processing of tubes, profiles and solid stock.
4.In structural steel, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding, automotive and related industries, a band saw is often the first step in preparing raw stock. GZ4235X integrates miter cutting into this preparation process, reducing the need for separate downstream operations.

It can also be adjusted manually;The workpiece is clamped by hydraulic vice and controlled by hydraulic speed control valve.
If a customer only performs 90° straight cuts, a standard automatic band saw may be sufficient. GZ4235X becomes more valuable when the production requires both straight and repeated 0–45° miter cuts, helping reduce additional repositioning or secondary cutting operations.
