GZ4250 Automatic Band Saw combines 500×500 mm cutting capacity, PLC-controlled automatic feeding and sawing, and a rigid double-column structure for continuous and repeatable production. 
1.GZ4250 is designed around repetitive cutting operations, allowing workshops to automate material preparation when the same or similar workpieces need to be processed in batches.
2.The PLC system coordinates automatic measuring, feeding, sawing and standby operations, helping standardize repetitive cutting processes and reduce operator intervention.
3.The double-column design guides the saw frame vertically and distributes the operating load through two guide columns, helping maintain stability during continuous cutting.
4.Automatic measuring and feeding reduce repetitive manual positioning and make the GZ4250 suitable for production lines where material needs to be repeatedly cut to preset lengths.
