Milling head
The milling head can rotate 90° to the left or right. The ram can extend and retract, significantly expanding the machine's working range.
A Turret Milling Machine is a versatile general-purpose metal-cutting machine, also commonly known as a Universal Rocker Milling Machine, Rocker Milling Machine or Universal Milling Machine.
The machine features a compact structure, relatively small footprint and flexible machining capability. The milling head can be tilted ±45° in the vertical plane and rotated 360° in the horizontal plane. Combined with the forward and backward movement of the ram, this design significantly expands the effective machining range.
The turret milling machine supports both vertical and horizontal milling operations and can be used for machining planes, inclined surfaces, grooves, keyways, splines and other common features on small and medium-sized metal components.

The X, Y, and Z axes are equipped with power feed. The worktable guideways undergo high-frequency hardening and precision grinding.
The X, Y, and Z axes all support both manual and motorized feed. Feed rates are adjustable to meet various machining requirements.
An electronic lubrication system is available as an option. This system provides forced lubrication to the ball screws and guideways.
