The X6436 Universal Milling Machine combines vertical and horizontal milling, a 360° universal milling head and powered three-axis feed, providing flexible multi-directional machining of planes, inclined surfaces, grooves, gears, T-slots, complex housings and molds with its large worktable, extended travels and ISO50 spindle.

4.Compared with more specialized milling machines, the X6436 emphasizes machining flexibility, making it suitable for repair shops, mold work, tooling and fixture production, and varied part machining.
The milling head can be manually rotated to any angle for both vertical and horizontal operations, accommodating machining at various angles. The vertical milling head supports both milling and drilling; for horizontal milling, an overarm support can be installed to enable boring operations. The spindle is of the ISO50 type.
The control panel is suspended from an articulated arm above the side of the machine, adhering to ergonomic principles; an optional 3-axis digital readout (DRO) is available for precise machining.
Two-axis mechanical feed (X/Y), electric Z-axis lift, and convenient manual handwheel controls for ease of operation.
Manual and motorized feed are available in the X, Y, and Z axes,with feed speeds capable of meeting various machining requirements.
The X6436 Universal Milling Machine can process planes, inclined surfaces, grooves, T-slots, gears, housings and mold-related components. Its vertical and horizontal milling functions allow the cutting direction to be selected according to the workpiece structure.
