GZ4228X Automatic Miter Band Saw Machine combines 0–45° miter cutting with automatic measuring, feeding and sawing to deliver repeatable, labor-efficient stock preparation for bars, tubes and structural profiles. 
1.GZ4228X Automatic Miter Band Saw Machine goes beyond simple miter adjustment by combining automatic measurement, feeding, sawing and standby operation into one cutting cycle, reducing the need for continuous operator intervention.
2.GZ4228X supports 0–45° adjustable miter cutting, extending automated production beyond standard 90° straight cutting. It can prepare angled blanks for tubes, bars, profiles and structural components directly during the sawing process.
3.For continuous production, labor is consumed not only by sawing but also by repeated measuring, positioning and feeding. GZ4228X integrates feeding into the automatic work cycle, making it more suitable for repetitive batch cutting.
4.GZ4228X uses a PLC control system to coordinate measurement, feeding, sawing and standby operations. For batch production, the machine is not simply automating one cut; it manages a programmed sequence of repeated cutting cycles.

When large quantities of similar bars, tubes or profiles must be processed repeatedly, an automatic miter band saw provides greater value than a semi-automatic machine.
