GZ4230 Automatic Band Saw Machine is designed for horizontal sawing with high machine stability and cutting precision. It detects and positions material feed length with a 500 mm precision stroke for high-accuracy repetition.
The machine performs automatic clamping, automatic feeding, and automated rapid saw frame ascent to reduce manual labor time. It uses thin bimetallic saw bands to achieve narrow cuts, minimizing raw metal scrap and reducing power loads.
