X5040 is a large-table conventional vertical milling machine with an 800 kg table load, 11 kW spindle motor, ISO50 spindle taper and ±45° adjustable milling head, designed for versatile machining applications. 
1.The X5040 milling machine features a 1700 × 400 mm worktable, providing a generous working area for larger workpieces and fixture setups.
2.The ISO50 7:24 spindle taper provides a practical interface for milling tools and accessories used in general machining applications.
3.The X5040 milling machine can be configured for applications such as face milling, slot milling, drilling and other general machining tasks, depending on tooling and accessories.
The milling head can be adjusted by rotating 45° in either direction within the vertical plane; the spindle sleeve features manual fine feed and is equipped with a limit device.
It allows for manual longitudinal and transverse feed as well as vertical elevation; simultaneously, it enables motorized rapid traverse and motorized feed in the longitudinal and transverse directions, along with motorized vertical elevation.
The spindle utilizes tapered roller bearings, offering high load-bearing capacity, and employs dynamic braking.
The worktable offers three feed modes—manual, motorized, and motorized rapid—to meet various machining requirements.
The X5040 milling machine provides approximately 900/880 mm longitudinal travel, 315/300 mm cross travel and 385/365 mm vertical travel for manual/automatic operation respectively.
